Languedoc
Pale yellow robe. The nose opens with aromas of light-coloured flesh fruit, evolving into floral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and bright, with mouth-filling notes of boxwood and cistus, finishing on a light touch of citrus. A harmonious blend gives this wine ageing potential and a truly Mediterranean profile.

Terroir
Given the diversity of Languedoc soil types, we are able to source our native variety grapes from areas where they truly thrive. Our Grenache Blanc comes from the wonderful granitic and schist soils of the north-west Roussillon, while the Marsanne, Terret and Roussanne come from the Cévennes foothills where they ripen perfectly.
Vinification
Classic vinification, with settling at 6°C for 24 hours followed by fermentation at 15°C for ten days. The fine lees are kept when the first racking is done, after the alcoholic fermentation; malolactic fermentation does not occur.
Ageing
The Roussanne and Marsanne are kept on fine lees for three months.
