vertical tasting of L’Art du Vers
Sylvie Tonnaire (editor of Terre de Vins magazine) did a vertical tasting of our L’Art du Vers, assessing vintages from 2014 to 2021. 
This journey through time showed us how the results of the terroir and its grapes – Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah 
– have evolved over the years. The vertical tasting illustrates the way we work, selecting individual plots from our grower-partners in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation 
and we’re delighted with the scores (ranging from 92 to 96/100) that Sylvie gave the wines, along with her tasting notes that you can read in the in the latest issue of Terre de Vins (N°92)
