Villa Blanche
This old Languedoc grape variety, planted along the shores of the Thau Lagoon, was forgotten at the end of the 20th century before being revived by the renewed sense of identity and heritage of the Languedoc region. The 2025 vintage displays a pale yellow colour. The nose is fruity, fresh and inviting, with notes of passion fruit, lemon, mint and dill. The palate is crisp, refreshing and beautifully complex, revealing flavours of mandarin and grapefruit. The finish is mineral, with notes of flint and graphite. This quintessential grape variety from our region is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish platters, fish, seafood and white meats. A grape variety well worth discovering!
