Picpoul de Pinet has a delicate pale yellow robe, with aromas of ripe citrus and exotic fruits (mango, orange). In the mouth this wine displays a fine balance between crisp minerality, and notes of lemon and fresh spring flowers. A very expressive, elegant wine, it is ideally matched with seafood or enjoyed as an apéritif.

Chalk and clay
The grapes are picked early in the morning, to keep them at optimal temperature. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature, with direct pressing. The wine is raised in tank, on its lees, for two months.
