A deep, intense red. Aromas of plum, cherry and ripe fig are joined by liquorice and truffle after airing. In the mouth it is captivating, supple and gloriously smooth with fine tannins. The equilibrium between power and natural freshness is masterful. The finish offers notes of garrigue, fennel and black fruit. A wine of character and elegance typical of the altitude vineyards of the Cru La Livinière. A wine of superb ageing potential.
