A lovely purple colour. The nose is fruity and delicate with spicy aromas on the finish. The palate is clean, smooth, with supple tannins, opening on cherry and raspberry notes then dark fruit such as blackcurrant and blackberry and finishing on laurel and thyme. A wine that is perfectly representative of the superb Saint Chinian terroir with its immense complexity of soils. This vintage offers us a wine that is luscious and exceedingly seductive.
